Ideally located, small T2 apartment of approx. 35 m², on the third floor of a residence on one of Arcachon's most beautiful avenues.
For easy parking, you have access to a (narrow) private and secure parking lot.
Its living room with TV (this apartment does not have WIFI) opens onto a large balcony, so you can enjoy meals outside.
A small, fully-equipped open kitchen with hob, mini-oven, microwave, TOP fridge and washing machine. Separate WC.
A bedroom with a 140cm double bed, also opening onto the balcony. One bathroom. And a storage cupboard in the hallway.
All shops are nearby (market, restaurants, boutiques, bike rental), as are the beach for afternoon swims or picnics, and bike paths for outings with family or friends. The train station is also nearby, ideal if you're coming by train.
