This modern vacation home with pool is located in the picturesque village of Groma?a in the hinterland of Dubrovnik and is an ideal place for a carefree vacation. The property is situated on terraced grounds, with several terraces providing variety and a beautiful view of the surrounding nature.
The house has two separate living units, each located on different floors, providing enough privacy. The first floor for 2 people has a dining kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet and on the upper floor, which is suitable for 6 people, there are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, toilet and the living area with kitchen. Bright colors and warmly decorated interiors offer true moments of rest and relaxation. In front of the entrance to the 1st floor is a covered terrace with barbecue and a large table. Behind the house there is an attractive swimming pool and children's playground.
Enjoy the sun and the sea on the beautiful beaches or visit the historic city of Dubrovnik, which clearly has more to offer than fame for its impressive setting from Game of Thrones.
