Short-term rental (T2: 58 m2) in a luxury residence ideally located near the botanical garden of Arquebuse, 5 minutes (on foot) from the train station and 12 minutes (on foot) from the city center: Place Darcy and Rue de la Liberté (large pedestrian street crossing Dijon).
Quiet and sunny apartment, facing south on a green space with large bay window and balcony for the living room: 6 place settings table, sofa bed, large screen TV and wifi, bedroom with double bed and large storage space / closet, fully equipped kitchen: stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle ......, bathroom (bath, manual shower), washing machine, separate toilet with hand wash.
Private and secure parking space in the Residence; bicycle storage.
Bus stop at 20 m, tramway allowing to cross the whole city at 5 mn.
