On the day of our arrival, we were not given disposable mattress covers. In one of the rooms there was dirty laundry in a cupboard. A shower was blocked (we asked for a quick solution). In the kitchen, the fridge had not been defrosted and was old; the coffee maker had not been cleaned (mouldy grounds in the filter).
