This 28 sq-m studio can accommodate up to 4 guests and is situated on the level -1 of a residence without lift.

Positive points: Location, close to shops, Esf and lifts. The view is great and the apartment is well exposed. Negative points: the room is very small, 40 cm between the bed and the closet so you can't open the closet door. And the same distance between the bed and the bunk bed. Little storage space for 4 in the closet. No wifi, no espresso machine, no washing machine, very small TV screen, perfect apartment for 4 people max.
