Property for exclusive use
400-square-meter former farmhouse in panoramic position with large garden and private pool. The villa can accommodate up to 20 people in 8 double bedrooms with private bathrooms plus 1 double sofa bed and 2 additional single beds. A furnished poolside outbuilding transforms into a characteristic kitchen in summer. The furnishings give the interiors a refined, welcoming style, equipped with every comfort. The entire property is suitable for groups of friends or large families.
Outdoors and pool
Immersed in the lush greenery of an enormous garden and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the villa enjoys a splendid view of the surrounding gentle hills. The rectangular swimming pool measures 6x4 meters, with a depth varying from 1.15 to 1.70 meters, and is situated in a sheltered position with a panoramic solarium terrace well-equipped with sunshades, sunbeds and a shower, right next to the outbuilding with kitchen, tables and cutlery, where you can spend your days in the open air. Access to the villa is through an imposing iron gate that opens onto a gravel parking area where cars can be left right next to the main entrance.
Interiors
On the first floor is a large living room furnished with sofas, armchairs and satellite TV, WC (with two washbasins). Up 2 steps is a second living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen with central island and dining area, 1 twin bedroom with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. A further 5 steps down lead to 1 double bedroom and 1 double bedroom with additional single bed, each with en-suite bathroom with shower. A large internal spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where you'll find 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms with bath and washbasin, and WC with bidet in a separate room. An external staircase with covered loggia leads to another wing of the second floor, with 1 double bedroom and 1 double bedroom with an additional single bed, each with its own bathroom with shower.
Location
Villa Arnilù lies in a panoramic position on the gentle hills between vineyards and olive groves, overlooking the characteristic towers of the ancient medieval town of San Gimignano.

For lovers of rural landscapes, the Chianti Classico area is particularly interesting, with the ancient villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole in Chianti.
