Well furnished houses with terrace, barbecue and direct access to pool area (some steps). Garage (1 place incl.).
On ground-floor with living-dining room, kitchen and toilette. On 1st floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed (1,35 x 1,80 m) and bathroom with shower as well as balcony, 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 bedroom with bed convertible into 2 single beds and bathroom.
This complex (built in 2007) is formed by 27 terraced houses surrounding a garden area with pool.
Beach at about 800 m (at approx. 600 m. there is a pedestrian bridge over the railway). Restaurant/bar at about 150 m. Town center with supermarket at about 1 km.
The national road N-340 runs nexto to the complex (undeway at about 100 m - for pedestrians and cars).

Wat een tegenvaller dit complex. De eigenaren verdienen geld met dit complex, maar investeren niet. Alle huizen zijn slecht onderhouden. Wij zaten eerst in huis 11. Doorgezakte bank, overal strepen op de muur, vies ook. Niet qua schoonmaak, wel qua hoe het eruit zag. Ligt zeker niet aan Elena die daar werkt. Die zet zich echt wel in voor de gasten. Na 1 nacht zijn we verhuisd naar huis 15. Bank ook een drama maar het voelde beter. De waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat en broodrooster moesten we om vragen. Staat er niet standaard. En 2 dagen voor vertrek ging ook de vaatwasser stuk.
