Property for exclusive use
Pleasant, fully independent 120 m2 stone house, able to accommodate 6 people with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With swimming pool, large garden, equipped panoramic terrace, barbecue, WiFi connection, air conditioning in bedrooms, satellite TV and parking, it's ideal for small groups of friends or families.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The house is surrounded by vast paved and shaded areas, divided into terraces with several zones, all well equipped. A beautiful, well-kept, panoramic garden, characterized by hedges, olive trees, plants and flowers, stretches along the side of the house overlooking the swimming pool, which is partly above-ground, oval in shape and measures 9x5 with a depth of 1.55 meters. Around the pool is the solarium area with sunbeds, parasol and a welcoming pergola equipped with table, chairs and a rustic barbecue, ideal for outdoor lunches and barbecues. Guests can also enjoy a partially-covered "panoramic roof", complete with table and chairs for alfresco breakfasts, sunbeds and a garden swing. Parking inside the property.
Interiors
The accommodation is developed entirely on one floor. The daytime area is enlivened by steps and features stone arches linking the environments, which are themselves characterized by traditional Tuscan materials, with wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors. The entrance opens onto the living room with sofas, satellite TV and fireplace, connected to the bright dining room with access to the outside, and to the well-equipped kitchen with fireplace. In the night area, we find a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower that opens onto a sheltered courtyard equipped for moments of relaxation, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.
Location
L'angolino is located in a residential area of Radda in Chianti, amidst the hills of the Chianti countryside, characterized by olive groves and vineyards, but very close to stores of all kinds.

The house is equipped with wifi internet connection, mosquito nets on bedroom windows (but not on French windows), central heating, air conditioning in bedrooms, cot, high chair, hairdryer and on-property parking.
Services
Included in the price: household linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (with weekly change), internet connection, 100 KWh electricity consumption/week, beyond this limit the cost will be according to consumption, gas, cot, high chair and laundry service at the owner's twice a week. Cooking classes, tastings, dinners, housekeeper and baby sitter can be organized on request and paid for on site.

The swimming pool is open from 06/5 to 30/9. Electric car recharging available on request (fee payable). Only small pets allowed.

The Chianti region lies in the center of Tuscany, between Florence and Siena, and is the perfect destination for discovering the many testimonies of the past. Radda and Gaiole in Chianti are nearby, and can be reached by crossing the "strada chiantigiana", from which you can admire unforgettable panoramic views. For photography enthusiasts, October is the most fascinating month, when the vines turn yellow and ochre. Equally renowned Tuscan towns such as Volterra, Arezzo and San Gimignano are within easy reach.
