The resort
La Baule is a seaside resort of international reputation, very lively, with villas of character and 650 hectares of pine forest. The beach of La Baule Escoublac is classified by Unesco as one of the most beautiful bays in the world (9 km of sand). It is a playground of amazing dimensions. Discover the wild coast of Le Pouliguen, called Grande Côte, its customs path, its curious creeks and caves. For children, throughout the summer school vacations, many beach clubs line the bay of La Baule/Pornichet to welcome children (from 2 and a half to 14 years old). They offer free play time under supervision (trampolines, slides, swings, table soccer, bouncy castles, volleyball courts, etc.) and activities supervised by qualified instructors. Swimming lessons are also offered in a heated pool, information at the tourist office.
The establishment
Located in the wooded area of La Baule-les-Pins, the 3* tourist residence "Royal Park" in the style of seaside villas, is ideally located about 300 m from the beach. It is composed of small buildings of 4 floors with elevator, in the heart of a wooded park of 4 hectares. Possibility of hiking or biking from the residence, golf course at less than 3 km, thalassotherapy center at 5 mn. Car recommended.

Your accommodation
The spacious apartments are fully equipped and all have a terrace or a balcony with garden furniture. Kitchenette equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker. Television is included. Some apartments have large terraces or balconies (15m ² and more): to be pre-booked with a supplement of 15 €/week to be paid on site according to availability.
2/3 rooms for 6/7 persons, 50 m² approximately:
Living room with 2 sofa beds, 1 of which has a pull-out bed - recommended for children, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a closed bedroom with 2 bunk beds, bathroom, separate toilet.
The type of accommodation 2/3 rooms for 6/7 persons "Plus" has a second bathroom and a large terrace included in the price.
Possibility of PMR accommodation in a 5-person studio and a 3-room apartment for 7 people on request and according to availability (confirmation required from the residence).
Please note: no PRM apartment is equipped with a walk-in shower. No access for wheelchair users.
