Beautiful apartment with splendid sea view. The awning-equipped balcony is an invitation to relax outdoors. 300m from a pretty beach and close to shops (grocery store/bread shop 50m away), it is located on the 2nd floor of a private residence with elevator and private parking space. It comprises an entrance hall, a large living room with convertible sofa overlooking the balcony, a kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher), a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, and a bathroom (shower + washing machine). Pets are not allowed.
