"This spacious apartment is located in a 1960's villa in a wooded area just 300 meters from the beach of Marina Castagneto Carducci.
This apartment is not only a good starting point for a beach holiday, but also for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Shops and cozy restaurants can be found 200 meters from the apartment in Marina Castagneto Carducci and in Doratico, 2 kilometers away. The Tuscan cities of Pisa, Lucca, Piombino, Livorno and Grosseto are also easily accessible and certainly worth a visit. Or spend a day in the owner's botanical garden, set in the dunes, right on the beach.
Three steps lead to the holiday apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is neatly furnished.
