This is a cozy 6-pers. ground floor apartment with a modern kitchen with oven or microwave, two bedrooms and a sleeping area in the living room best suited for 1 adult or 2 children.
The apartments all have a covered parking space, air conditioning in all rooms and a nice terrace and a beautiful private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. Due to the quiet location and the private garden, this apartment is very suitable for a family with small children.
The complex itself offers fun for young and old, with a large pool, a children's pool, tennis courts, paddle courts, a football pitch, stream volleyball, boccia and a playground.
