The home is barely 0.3 km away from Aghia Paraskevi Beach with crystal clear waters inviting you in. Livadaki Beach is a rather fun place with shallow waters, many restaurants and the thrill of water sports awaits you. You can head to the mountains of Kerkis and Ambelos with picturesque villages and ravines which offer beautiful views. The main port of Vathi is located at 8 km and the port Karlovasi is 9 km away.
The home has a kitchen and a TV for your enjoyment. The home has air conditioning so you can be comfortable in summer, as well as multiple balconies and garden furniture, ideal to enjoy the views.
