The farmhouse, isolated in the countryside / mountains, near (km 1.5) the town of Forlì del Sannio, is located on a plateau at 800 m above sea level in a natural meadow and woods, for the exclusive use of guests.
The stone farmhouse, dating back to the early 1800s, has been recently renovated.
The ground floor of about 50 square meters is a unique, rustic and spacious, with kitchen, living area, sofa (double bed), fireplace, tables, chairs, etc.. The first floor is divided into 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people.
The winter evenings can be heated by a large stone fireplace. In summer you can eat in the garden where there is a barbecue (equipped with fountain, tables, chairs, deck chairs, grills).
The fireplace and the stone barbecue allow exceptional barbecues.
The view allows the view of valleys and mountains (Matese, Mainarde, etc..) near some sheep tracks used in the past for transhumance.
Ideal for ecological walks, trekking and mountain biking.
Pets are allowed.
It is connected by the Isernia/Castel di Sangro fast road to the Roccaraso ski resort (km 20) and to the Palaeolithic Museum of Isernia (km 15).
The costs of heating in winter, however to use, consumption of LPG (gas), measured by meter, and firewood for fireplace, are excluded from the rent and are paid separately.
