Comfortable apartment with swimming pool in panoramic position 8 km from Civitella Valdichiana. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a villa, the decor is tasteful and from the bedrooms you can enjoy a wonderful view over the surrounding hills. The covered terrace with barbecue is ideal for your outdoor meals. Below the house you will find the swimming pool, which you can use in community with the owners, and a small gym with changing room, shower and toilet. The garden is surrounded by a holm oak forest where you can walk or relax. If you dream of a vacation in the middle of nature, then this is the right vacation home for you, because in only 4 km distance you will find the nature reserve ?Ponte Buriano? The pretty medieval village of Civitella Valdichiana, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the entire Chiana Valley, is only 8 km away. Other towns worth visiting are Arezzo (15 km), Cortona (35 km) and of course the wonderful art cities of Siena (50 km) and Florence (60 km). On request and payment on site: cooking service as well as cooking classes (traditional Tuscan cuisine). Access to the apartment on the 1st floor is in common with the house owners. Access via gravel road about 800 m. Freeway about 500 m away.
