This apartment (duplex) of 120 m² (about 1290 ft²), in a building of 3 floors has 5 rooms including 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. It is composed of a living room with hot/cold air conditioning, a French window leading to the balcony. In the extension, the living room with sofa bed (suitable for 2 children), flat screen TV with satellite decoder for French and Spanish cable channels. A bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet, hairdryer, first aid kit. Fully equipped kitchen:vitro hob,hood,fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, ...It opens onto the back terrace with table, chairs and barbecue.3 bedrooms for 6 people (one bedroom with 1 double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each). A corridor with stairs leads to the air-conditioned bedroom and the roof terrace of 75 m² where you will find 4 deckchairs and garden furniture to enjoy the sun.
A washing machine and 2 bicycles are at your disposal.
We accept animals (dogs, cats) with prior agreement.

We are a dynamic couple full of joie de vivre. We wish to make you discover through the location of our apartment the fishing village of Los Nietos. It is an authentic and family place. Always looking for a new place, our apartment is a starting point for many discoveries. We wish you a good stay in our "casa bounty".
Los Nietos is a fishing village on the Mar Menor. The ideal place to enjoy the calm of the inland sea. There are also beautiful walks in the nature reserve located just a few steps from the apartment. Cartagena is only 20 minutes away, this port city is accessible by tram from Los Nietos. There is also everything you need for shopping, aperitifs in the village bars and several restaurants.
If you prefer the breaking waves of the Mediterranean Sea, Cabo de Palos with its charming fishing port is a 5 minute drive away.
The Calblanque National Nature Park with its rugged and totally unspoilt coastline, peaceful, with many species of wildlife is a 10-minute drive away.

The nearby village of Los Belones is a 15 minute walk away with its lively centre, bars and restaurants. For your evenings, Cartagena is 20 minutes away by car. Historic Romanesque city with its magnificent port, its amazing architecture and its winding streets with all kinds of shops. On weekend evenings, Cartagena comes alive with street shows around the square of Rome which is lined with great restaurants and the best preserved amphitheatre outside Rome is also here and is used for concerts.
On foot or by bike, La Mar Menor welcomes you with its beautiful sandy beaches and warm waters. Beautiful walks by the sea which extend for several kilometres.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Access to the apartment by stairs as well as the bedroom at the level of the roof terrace.
