Villa in the vacation residence "Les Jardins de Neptune" in the seaside resort of Saint-Cyprien plage. Located at 250 meters from the beach and 150 m from the port and its animations. The villa has a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, a microwave oven, ceramic hobs, a coffee machine (with filter), an electric kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, washing machine, electric barbecue and a 82 CM LED TV where you can plug in a USB key.
Villa with terrace and garden furniture, composed of 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with a double bed 140*190 and bedroom 2 with 2 single beds 90*190 that you can bring together to make one, then a sofa bed 2 places in the living room) bathroom and separate toilet, villa air-conditioned as well as the 2nd room (what you will not find elsewhere in the residence) located 200m walk on a beautiful beach where children will have foot very far. The villa is not located on the swimming pool side which will allow you to stay quiet during your vacations.
Very pleasant setting. The residence is equipped with an outdoor swimming pool (open from April to the beginning of October) with its snack bar (open July and August) and a paddling pool with non-slip liner, a playground for children, table tennis, petanque court, laundromat. Access to the residence by digicode or badge. A wellness center providing relaxing body treatments is present on site (price list at the reception). On the other hand, the parking on the spot is free. You have the possibility of reserving sheets, bath mats, towels and cloths.
