The apartment is located on the garden level, with a breathtaking view of the Maures mountains. South exposure, from where a magnificent permanent sunshine which proposes a terrace of 12 m ² with 2 deckchairs and a small living room. A second shaded terrace of 12 m² offers a garden table, 6 chairs and a high quality gas barbecue. A 12 m² garden with a real lawn and a cork oak. All this without apparent vis-à-vis.
The apartment is decorated with great care. The living room has a table with 4 chairs, a coffee table, a plasma TV with canal+ and canalsatellite box internet, and a convertible sofa; All fully air-conditioned. Mosquito nets on each window and possibility to put the apartment in remote surveillance.
The kitchen is fully equipped and even over-equipped, it offers food processor, citrus press, toaster, mini oven, 2 coffee makers, washing machine and dryer etc...
A real dressing room is available to store all these clothes.
The room gives access to the terrace 'solarium', flat TV. The bathroom contains toilet, shower and washbasin. There is a private parking space.
We have established a special COVID 19 provision for cleaning the apartment before your arrival :
- Increase in the number of hours for the cleaning lady (1 extra hour).
- Particular attention will be paid to the treatment of the surfaces that are most frequently used: keys, door handles, switches, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, cupboard and closet handles, sinks and washbasins, tables, bedside tables, household appliances, tap handles, kitchen worktops and other bathroom surfaces.
A check-list of these sensitive surfaces including 2 successive phases of cleaning and disinfection have been put in place with the person doing the cleaning.
-The disinfection of the surfaces between each rental period is carried out with professional products specifically adapted to the treatment of the coronavirus family and complies with the EN 14476 standard.
If you opt for the linen option, the linen is entrusted to a professional laundry to be washed at high temperature (60° minimum). This linen, delivered in a protective film, is put in place by the cleaning lady just before your arrival.
-The filters of the air conditioning will be cleaned after each tenant, just like the VMC.
- The remote controls provided are wrapped in heat-shrinkable film changed between each rental.

Being 1,700 km from the city centre, and therefore from the beaches, access by car is less than 5 minutes (just like going to the beaches of La Nartelle). Possibility to use a shuttle bus from the town where there is a stop at the bottom of the residence for 1 euro per day per person, possibility to go to La Nartelle. This beautiful recent residence dating from 2006 which extends over 7 hectares, offering beautiful views thanks to its block of flats (buildings of 8 apartments), entirely under video surveillance, fully enclosed. It offers a swimming pool as well as a paddling pool.
A bakery, wine shop, organic shop, Gaumont cinema and many other shops are within a 3 mn walk. Bicycle path at the bottom of the residence that can go everywhere.
