One-storey house of approx. 90 m², just outside Arcachon, with large terrace to enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends.
Free parking is available in the street.
On the ground floor, you'll find a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a large closet and access to the outside. A bathroom with WC. A second bedroom and shower room with a 180cm double bed, with access to a small courtyard. Separate toilet and washing machine. Then a third bedroom with two large bunk beds for a total of four beds and an extra 90cm bed, a wardrobe and access to the courtyard.
Upstairs is the living room with TV (no WIFI), opening onto the lovely 30 m² terrace.
A fully-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge, a large dining table and access to the outside.
With family or friends, this is the ideal house for a pleasant stay on the Arcachon Basin. On foot or by bike, the town center is just a few hundred meters from your rental.
