The resort
Le Lavandou is a superb seaside resort, located in the heart of the Var, facing the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port Cros, Le Levant), between the peninsula of Hyères, Cavalaire and Saint Tropez. What makes Le Lavandou so special is the extent and diversity of its beaches, its landscapes, its seabed, but also the multitude of activities that are offered. Around the port of Le Lavandou, you will find many shops and services. By going to places as famous as Pramousquier, Cavalière, Le Cap Nègre, you will find a French Riviera with spectacular and preserved landscapes, of which the Domaine de la Pinède is a model of preservation. Le Lavandou extends over 12km of coastline and has 12 fine sandy beaches. The beaches have been awarded the "Blue Flag" label, which highlights the quality of the bathing water.
The establishment
The residence " Le domaine de la Pinède ", directly overlooks the beach of Pramousquier and is in the heart of a 10 hectare domain with luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation. As soon as you leave the domain, you will find a secure bicycle path that leads from Hyères to Le Lavandou, with all the shops and services in the center of Cavalière, only 1 km from the residence (with restaurants on the beach of Pramousquier, and local shops 500 meters away).
The domain is entirely pedestrian (paved paths). Parking lots (one space per unit) are located at the entrance of the Domaine, near the reception. The beach of Pramousquier can be reached directly by a private path leading down from the residence to the beach (with restaurants on the beach of Pramousquier, and local shops at 500 meters).
The beaches of Cavalière are 1 km from the residence.

Your accommodation
The accommodations are distributed in the greenery on the hill, in small blocks of one floor maximum. They all have
all have a terrace on the first floor or a balcony on the first floor equipped with garden furniture.
All the apartments are fully equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, hotplates, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle). The television is included.
Some accommodations have a sea view (subject to availability): supplement of 50€/week to be paid on the spot.

Very well located with a beautiful sea view, very quiet, no noise from the road. Comfort expected. Lacks a little kitchen utensils especially to go to the microwave. Climb from the parking lot (bend) to be smoothed out to facilitate access to the parking lot in height.
