In Seignosse, ideally located at the foot of the wild dune and 400m from shops, pleasant duplex patio villa in a residence with communal pool. First floor: living room with sofa bed (130cm), fitted kitchen opening onto a terrace and enclosed garden. A shower room with toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and a bathroom with toilet.
Collective swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15, depending on weather conditions and excluding statutory annual maintenance work.
Pets allowed: a supplement of €39 will be charged if you bring a pet.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax by credit card or cash and accommodation deposit by bank transfer via SWIKLY link only.

Villa patio in a residential area with a communal swimming pool, ideally located between the beach and shops. In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel down...On the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, cabanas with surf schools, and lifeguards looking after you.
Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much quicker to get to the market. The bike path known as La Vélodyssée runs right through the neighborhood. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters...
Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes region, with 2800 m² of pools.
