This beautiful cottage offers the ideal place for a vacation with children and pets. The garden is fully fenced and has a private pool and a barbecue on natural grass. In just a few minutes walk you can reach the beautiful sandy beach of Miami Playa and the way to restaurants and the supermarket is also not far. The Costa Dorada is known for its fine sandy beaches and hidden coves with crystal clear water. From snorkeling and water skiing to windsurfing and parasailing, you can experience it all here! The small fishing villages in the area are also worth a detour, especially because of the regional culinary offer. Nice house with a large garden. On the other hand, the interior of the house is pitiful: dangerous or defective electric plugs in the rooms, leakage of the shower, blocked sink in a bathroom, broken cupboards in the kitchen, mini oven for only 2 persons whereas the house is rented for 10 persons, same thing for the coffee machine, the toaster, the dustbin. No broom for cleaning. Broken fans (no air conditioning). Wheels of the dishwasher cart broken. Bed for one person present in the ad but non-existent. At the handing over of the keys, only cash is requested to pay the cleaning, the electricity (more expensive than in the contract) and internet not foreseen in the contract. Water cut during the cleaning of the swimming pool during 2 hours without being warned. Outside, very weak lighting, no lighting for the barbecue. Only one table for 6 people on the terrace and broken table in the garden. Large parasol broken and dangerous, half of the counterweights missing. On the other hand, the washing machine broke down and was quickly replaced. This house is expensive considering the general state of the house.
