3-room duplex apartment: living room with TV corner, dining table and open kitchen, bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), shower room, WC and upstairs a mezzanine with 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). You'll enjoy a lovely 19m² terrace not overlooked, with garden furniture and deckchairs. Private parking and outdoor communal swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September. Shared washing machines available in a common room next to the pool.
