Le Domaine des Abers is a large property comprising 3 character houses with private outdoor swimming pool, covered and heated to 28°C (heated from April to November).
Ideal for vacations with family or friends, this set of 3 independent houses with swimming pool, barbecue and children's play area can accommodate a large family or a group of friends, while preserving everyone's privacy, for a total of 12 people.
Combining the aesthetics and authenticity of old Breton farmhouses with today's comforts, this complex, surrounded by a very large 2,500 m² garden, is located in a quiet area only 2.5km from beaches and shops.
The main farmhouse sleeps 6 and can accommodate 12 people for meals, i.e. all the occupants of the other two houses. On one level, it has a living room with kitchen and fireplace, lounge with sofa and armchairs, 3 bedrooms (ch1 with 1 bed 140, ch2 with 2 bunk beds 90, ch3 with 1 bed 140), bathroom, separate WC. Dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, TV, stereo...
The second house sleeps 2 to 3 people. Sleeping is on the mezzanine in a 140cm bed, or on the ground floor on the express convertible sofa. The staircase to the mezzanine is a miller's ladder. Ground floor: living room with sofa, TV, hifi, fireplace with wood-burning stove, kitchenette with hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, shower room with toilet.
The 3rd house is identical to the second but without a fireplace and washing machine.
Each house has its own terrace and garden furniture.

Baby high chair, cot and bathtub available.
We also welcome you for short stays (weekends, bank holidays...) and can put at your disposal only one part of the gîtes outside school vacations.
Enjoy the fine white sandy beaches and numerous small coves. Fishing on foot, walking the GR34 along a beautiful wild coastline, kayaking in the abers, sailing and lazing around will punctuate your days. The '3 curés' amusement park, the OCEANOPOLIS aquarium in Brest, the seaweed museum and visits to the islands of MOLENE and dOUESSANT are sure to please.
