300 m from the beach, (no roads to cross) renovated single-storey house, with shared driveway for access with the owner, but completely independent and not overlooked. Local shops 300 m away and all amenities (Jullouville or St Pair) 1.5 km away. It comprises a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, induction cooker, dishwasher), a living area with TV and convertible sofa offering comfortable sleeping arrangements, an extra sleeping area with two 90cm single bunk beds, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a shower room (shower, washing machine), separate toilet.
