The apartment is very pleasant, with a sea view and a garden view, planted with trees and close to all amenities. The only downside was that we were unable to use the underground parking lot, which was blocked by roadworks. This made it difficult for us to get around, especially as the car was blocked in the garage. It wasn't easy to find a solution to get it out !!!!!!!! Otherwise, we highly recommend it.
