From the balcony of this charming vacation home in Grandcamp-Maisy you have a beautiful view all the way to the sea. The property is pleasant and comfortable and ideally suited for vacations in Normandy with its beautiful seaside resorts and sandy beaches. 800 m separate you from the nearest sandy beach, and just nearby you can visit the sites of the Allied landings in World War II. Take a drive to Pointe du Hoc, for example, or visit the American cemetery in Colleville-sur-Mer. A little further afield, Bayeux beckons with plenty of medieval charm and its famous tapestry. Within less than 30 minutes by car, you can reach Omaha Beach and Utah Beach. 800 meters away or on the other side of the marina and a sailing school is the beach. With this great vacation home you can look forward to an eventful vacation time in Normandy.

We were disappointed with the rental because despite booking and paying with locasun, we got a novasol contract without any explanation from locasun. This is the first time this has happened to me since I started using locasun. We're a bit disappointed by this. Then we have to pay 40€ for cleaning at the end of our stay, but the kitchen is not included, so I had to clean up and wash the dishes when I arrived !!!!! The bathroom was not cleaned either. As for the bedding, we slept very badly because the mattress was soft and the bed too low. It was impossible to sit on the edge of the bed!!!! The bed was too big because it was impossible to turn around! What's more, we didn't have a view of the sea but of a campsite.... We didn't take advantage of the terrace because we were afraid of seagull droppings, but above all we were close to a campsite, so there was no privacy. The accommodation is definitely not suitable for 4 people as the living room is too small, especially if you have to stay in the apartment in bad weather. Fortunately, the region and its inhabitants are friendly.

The owner of the apartment we stayed in should seriously improve the washing up because one bowl for 4 people is a bit too little. This is unfortunately only an example. This rental should have had a working television, we were not so lucky.

Apart from the sea view, very clean rental. Otherwise a television that does not receive, only channels 2 - 3- 8 and 20) which is very embarrassing and a lack of dishes: only 1 bowl for 2 and in a seaside rental there are not even pliers for cakes or crustacean peaks and the surprise of not having a choice on the household that is IMPOSED on us A beach that is not a pebble and full of algae... very dirty!!!!
