Apartment 2 bedrooms. The apartment is located on the beach of Fossa, which is ideal for families with children or couples, quiet, sandy beach. It is located about 20 kilometers from Benidorm and Alicante km from airport 65. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a view of the sea.
Built in 1980 and located in front of Fossa beach in Calpe. It was one of the first buildings built on this beach. It offers a view of the sea and rock of Ifach. The building is in the shape of a semi-circle and is formed by five gates and 12 factories. Each portal and floor has 4 apartments. Each gate has 2 small elevators with a maximum capacity of 4 people.
It is possible to rent WIFI for a reduced charge. Has a common area with 3 swimming pools for all ages, sunbathing areas and direct access to the promenade. It is located next to the rock of Ifach. Calpe is a city of marine origin, its temperature is ideal for you sun and beach tourism. Its white sandy beaches transformed into a tourist village of great importance in the region can be made of leisure and relaxation sports such as boat trips, underwater views, diving, bike rides, etc....
