This 80 m² house, pleasant and very bright, is located very close to the beach in a privileged and quiet area, ideal for families. The house has, on the ground floor: a dining room (with fireplace) opening onto the terrace and the garden, an independent kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The garden is fenced and has a terrace, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms + an annex with bunk beds, a bathroom and a small terrace. Its capacity is for 8 people.
The house is equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, heating by radiators electric, 1 TV with French satellite.

Een mooi huis met veel gebreken. Slechte bedden, te smal, veren steken door het matras, de meeste bedden zijn te hard. Wel airco maar die werkt niet, de eigenaar wil deze ook niet meer repareren. 2e douchebak vierkant +/-60cm met een douchegordijn. Het gordijn zit constant tegen je lijf tijdens het douchen. In de keuken hangen de kastdeurtjes en kastplanken scheef. Vaatwasser mist een sproeier. Terras is te smal of tafel te breed waardoor je je stoel niet naar achteren kunt schuiven om eruit te komen. De parasolvoet is te slap voor de parasol, deze hangt dus scheef in de voet waarbij het wachten is tot deze afbreekt. De oude parasolvoeten liggen nog in de tuin maar deze zijn niet meer te gebruiken en kunnen worden opgeruimd. De stop van de wasbak in de keuken mist de rubbers dus deze kun je niet meer afsluiten. Schimmel in de douchgordijn. Spaans koffiezetapparaat uit de jaren 80, dus zelf een filtermachine gekocht. Barbecue zo oud en verroest dat we deze niet durven te gebruiken. Het is een 6 persoons huis waar in de woonkamer nog 2 bedden zijn bijgezet om er een 8 persoons huis van te maken. Het is een mooi huis op een goede plek waar geen onderhoud aan wordt gedaan en dat is echt jammer
