The Emilia residence is a single-storey farmhouse composed of studios on 1 hectare in a very flowery and calm park where relaxation and conviviality reign with shaded private parking.
The fully equipped and functional studio has an area of 20 m², consists of a loggia, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator and all kitchen utensils).
