Riviera is a beautiful villa near the sea. This house is spacious, modern and comfortable with private garden. Its location is exceptional - just 15 meters from the beach Porquerola, a sandy beach with bars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is in 2 minutes walking distance.
Villa Riviera has 164 m2 distributed on the ground floor and first floor with a private garden of 400 m2 with plants, trees, flowers, and a barbecue area. Villa Riviera has 3 bedrooms and is prepared for 7 people. There are also 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a large fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor there are a kitchen, living room, bathroom with a shower and bedroom with double bed. On the first floor, with air conditioning, there are a large bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with a bath. From the terrace of 30 meters, we have a privileged view on the beach. On the terrace and in the garden, there is garden furniture. This is a great option for families with children.
