Property for exclusive use
Modern villa with private swimming pool and large, fully equipped, fenced, exclusive garden. The accommodation is perfect for 6 people, but two extra beds can easily be added. The villa has 3 floors and a total surface area of around 200 square meters, with 3 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It's the ideal solution for a group of friends or a family looking for a relaxing vacation in a secluded spot close to the hustle and bustle of the coast.
Outside and pool
The garden is characterized by terraces on several levels linked by steps, until you reach the terracotta paved terrace where you'll find the private bean-shaped swimming pool, measuring approx. 9x5 with a depth varying from 1.20 to 2.00 meters; it's equipped with an outdoor shower, sunbeds and parasols. Next to the pool is a graceful gazebo with outdoor armchairs and sofas, while a second gazebo with table and chairs for al fresco dining is located right next to the villa. Access to the property is via a distinctive iron gate that leads to the private parking area inside the property.
Interiors
The villa has 3 levels: a raised first floor, a second floor and a third floor under the roof. The main entrance is on the raised first floor, which opens onto a large, bright living room with marble floor, fireplace (not usable), satellite TV and dining area. Down 3 steps is the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with whirlpool bath. From the living room you have direct access to the outside terrace. On the second floor we find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with access to the same panoramic terrace, a bathroom with hydromassage shower and, through a curtained passageway to the attic, a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor, in the attic, a double bedroom with bathroom and shower and access to a terrace with an exceptionally beautiful panoramic view. In a separate room on the first floor, but behind the villa, is a laundry room, complete with washing machine and laundry facilities.
Location
The villa lies in a tranquil position close to a small town on the hills overlooking the Versilia plain, in a unique setting with a view that stretches as far as the sea; on clear days you can see the cliffs of Corsica.
