Situated in Torreilles or 15 km from Perpignan, this pleasant and bright vacation home invites you to a nice vacation by the sea.
The functional vacation property has room for up to six people and is part of a residential complex with swimming pool. In addition, it is only 600 m to the fine sandy beach. The slides in the amusement park Frenzy Palace Water Jump in Torreilles is great fun for your children, for whom a visit to the Iguana House will also be a great experience. Perpignan attracts with beautiful buildings and monuments, such as the Palace of the Kings of Mallorca and the Castillet Tower. The beach lake Étang de Leucate (8 km) is a hotspot for windsurfers and annually attracts gliding fans from all over the world to participate in the Festival du Vent.
Take a lovely walk by the lighthouse at Cap Leucate, where a great view of cliffs and the Pyrenees awaits you. The Fort of Salses, 12 km away, is an impressive structure and lets you immerse yourself in the moving history of this region. Collioure is a sunny town with beautiful beaches, and if you prefer hiking, 20 km away in the foothills of the Pyrenees is perfect. divided opinion positive points: easy arrival and departure thanks to practical key box car parking in the courtyard and, if necessary, in the very large garage rental in a quiet subdivision just across from the pool well laid-out house: children upstairs with bedroom, bathroom and bunk bed on landing, then parents downstairs with their own shower room dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, bed linen and towels provided however, several things need to be reviewed negative points : I had seen in the comments no coffee maker there was a dolcé gusto (of course we had no capsule) once bought the capsules we had the pleasure to discover that it was out of order so we went to buy a coffee maker for the week! very unkempt exterior + lots of mosquitoes, still the problem of the smell of cat urine in the ground floor bedroom, impossible to leave the window open please change mattresses clothesline very small for a family of 4, but broken and complicated to use TV doesn't work I think antenna wire problem I'm sharing all these details just to make the right choice, but despite everything we spent a pleasant week in this region.

Very nice house in a nice and quiet residence with all the necessary comfort for a family vacation. The collective swimming pool is very well maintained. The only drawback is that under the window of the master bedroom there was a litter box...so impossible to open the window because of the unpleasant smell. Nice discovery ! Thanks ;)
