The strong point: the house is not far from the beach (10mn by car) and the area is quiet. On the other hand, the photos are far from recent because the garden is not maintained at all, hence an invasion of mosquitoes in the morning and evening and the impossibility of opening the shutters of the living room properly, which are blocked by the shrubs outside... There is no outside lighting which is annoying... There is no light in the kitchen, the window being obscured by a huge flower bed... Many electrical outlets are defective and if there are lamps, three quarters of them do not work... The chandelier in the living room is completely twisted and does not light up... The bedding and sanitary facilities are quite good, as are the kitchen facilities.
