Villa Roser, holiday house with private swimming pool situated in an urbanization called 'Es Barcares', in the outskirts of the village of Alcudia and close to the beach of Es Barcares and Es Morer Vermell.
The house is distributed in two floors, on the ground floor: living-dining room with exit to the porch, fully equipped kitchen with exit to the garden and to the swimming pool, bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom (with two separate beds).Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite).Equipped with internet wifi, satellite TV, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer....

Walking through the old town of Alcudia surrounded by its walls or visiting the Roman ruins of Pollentia or the Roman theatre is something not to be missed.
Alcudia is considered an Eco-tourist Municipality, is graced by an abundant and capricious nature, kilometres of beaches, wild and solitary coves, mountains,... with 12 kms of beach, mountains, and more, there is many things not to get bored, canoeing, diving, cycling, hiking and many other things that will surely enjoy you!

House very well located a few hundred meters from the old town of Alcudia. 'Excellent welcome from the agency on the spot which has shown itself available and attentive. Very well designed house, spacious with large rooms (we were 6 adults without being on top of each other). The weather in September allowed us to take all our meals on the terrace by the pool.
