Distributed over two floors, the ground floor has a spacious terrace which sea view, garden with lawn with terrace furniture's 'chill-out', Living room, fully equipped open design kitchen with access directly to the covered terrace.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, both share a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs is a double bedroom with double bed and a distributor with two single sofa chaise-longue and access to the rear terrace, bathroom with shower accessible from two sides.
From the front terrace from the room it has access to the roof terrace with sun beds with panoramic sea views to the Marina and the beach of Sa Rapita.
