Very well located, but also very dilapidated. It lacks a lot of equipment and others like the blind and shower are damaged. The lack of air conditioning is a real negative when it's 26° at night

The accommodation at Miami Playa is unsanitary. The house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We were confronted with living and dead cockroaches in several rooms of the house (kitchen, living room, cellar), 3 ants inside, broken equipment (bedroom fan, awning fabric torn in several places and very dirty, towel rack), a totally moldy barbecue in the cellar. The worst thing was the smell, which we had to put up with for 6 days (despite the cleaning we did on the 1st day) before being urgently rehoused by Locasun. We didn't think it would ever happen to us, we only saw it on TV. Well, it's done! We've been baptized! The Locasun agency clearly failed, and the property should never have been rented in its current state.
