Talloires - Contemporary 3 Bedroom House with View
Very comfortable home located in Perroix, between the village center of Talloires and Menthon St Bernard. This property offers a calm and lightening surrounding as well as a private garden with all furniture needed (sunbeds, table and chairs). The spacious living area features a wood-burning stove and is open from door to door, leading out to a terrace and garden. A trampoline is available for children in the garden as well as a Ping Pong table and a Plancha grill. Enjoy easy access to the lake and an abundance of activities while summer and winter.

We can provide you with a free BB cot and a high chair on request. Linen for this bed is optional.

Talloires is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful villages in France, exuding a thousands of stories and legends. It features an exceptionally scenic bay as well as an authentic marina, both within walking distance from the beach. Talloires is happily nestled between lake and mountains boasting regional treasures including the famous Angon waterfall. Nearby, many activities can be practiced:
In Summer:
-Cycling (bike path accessible from the SHORE now allows you to go around the lake); you can also try the steps of the Tour de France which passes close to the apartment next summer (July 22) ...
-Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: the Cascade Angon (5mins), the Hermitage, the teeth Lanfon)
-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our partner Talloires: Jean-Louis Fontaine)
