Le Moulin de Tartay is a Holiday Home from 1874.
The proposed cottage is for 4 people (possibility of an extra bed for a baby) of approximately 110 M2, independent and adjoining that of the owner.
It consists of a fully equipped open kitchen.
The dining room is in front of the Mill with its open kitchen, with a large table for lunch and a library available with information on local and regional life.
The living room consists of a sofa and a wood-burning fireplace,
a small laundry room with a dryer available.
Night side, two bedrooms:
a large bedroom with a large bed for two people, a large wardrobe, television,
the second bedroom with two separate beds and a large wardrobe.
The bathroom consists of a sink and a walk-in shower, separate toilet.
The accommodation is air-conditioned.
Outside, a private terrace with wooden table, a barbecue with garden furniture is also available.
The garden consists of an unsupervised swimming pool 7 by 3 by 1.50 meters deep (open from April to October) protected by a wrought iron fence and a protective curtain to C.E. standards (a discharge will be requested from each client and for each stay) open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for safety reasons, a swing in the form of a portico under the responsibility of the parents (open from May to October), a trampoline limited to one person and less of 90 KG (open from April to October), a garden basket limited to 90 KG with its cushions. The garden is shared with the tenants of the estate.
A football and pétanque field, basketball is also at your disposal.
Possibility of privatizing both accommodations for the same period.
A carport for one car.
The 15,000 M2 land is enclosed and secure.
The establishment is under surveillance by exterior cameras and an interior alarm for the gîte.
The SPA is private, upon reservation and at an additional cost.
The accommodations are non-smoking.
Animals are not allowed.
A dog is on site as well as chickens and geese.
No noise pollution after 10 p.m.
