In Seignosse, in the heart of the resort and at the foot of the Landes dune, pleasant renovated studio ideal for a 2-person vacation. Located on the 1st floor of a residence without elevator, it comprises a tastefully decorated living room with a double sofa bed, opening onto a west-facing balcony with a direct view of the dune. There's also a fully-equipped open-plan kitchenette and a shower room.
Beaches and shops 300 m away.

Optional services to be arranged before arrival:
- Bed linen and towels: €20 per person

Its proximity to beaches, shops and the water park make it an ideal accommodation for your [hidden] Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel down...On the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, cabanas with surf schools, and lifeguards looking after you.
Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much quicker to get to the market. The bike path known as La Vélodyssée runs right through the neighborhood. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters...
Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes region, with 2800 m² of pools.
