Large Loft for 4 people on the ground floor of a pretty Parisian courtyard that offers calm and shade.The apartment provides you with lots of space. It has a spacious living room with open dining area and a well equipped kitchen. It offers complete privacy as there are two separate entrances to the unit that can be separated in two with bedroom, bathroom, toilet and kitchen area on either side.Thus you can either have one big apartment for a family that offers more privacy when travelling with adult children or a group of friends.So on the one side you have the big living room, dining area with table and chairs for four people and big kitchen. It leads to a comfortable double bed with en suite shower. There is a separate WC.The other part has a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, a living room with sofa and coffee table, a fully equipped kitchenette.Both parts of the apartment have a separate entrance for more privacy.You can leave the door that leads from one part to the other open or closed.Its location is ideal for visiting Paris and especially the district of the Marais.You have a big park with lots of greenery and a playground literally across the street. You can go and have a picnic there or just chill after a long day out sightseeing.There are lots of nice and typical restaurants in the neighborhood and around.Bakeries and supermarkets are also within minutes.Retail shops and individual boutiques are right around the corner.The apartment is close to several metro stations and various bus stops which makes it easy to travel within the city limits.
