With a 612m2 land, it has a large 29m2 pool (8.5 m long by 3.5 m wide), its large terrace will allow you to eat outside (barbecue available), sunbathe or simply relax. In addition, you can park two cars inside the property. This attractive house is prepared to host a family of 10 people, being able to offer privacy to the different couples that may come, since it is divided into two independent areas. This property consists of a large main house with a garage to your right. Attached to the garage is the one bedroom apartment. Well equipped, the main house has a kitchenette with a dishwasher and all the necessary appliances for a pleasant holiday and is heated. It has four bedrooms, two large bathrooms and a smaller one, a laundry room with a washing machine and enough space to store your suitcases and hang clothes if necessary. The first bedroom, is a suite with an Italian shower, has two 90 cm beds together. The living room, dining room with an area of about 50 m2, has television, WIFI and access to the pool through the terrace.

Very beautiful house with a very pleasant swimming pool The small independent apartment deserves to be air-conditioned because it is in full sun for a large part of the day and heat++++ in the evening
