The detached, spacious and luxurious villas in Breeduyn Village were finished in 2017.
There are two different types. There's a 4-person villa (BE-8450-103) with two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a private bathroom. There is parking space for one car. There is also a 6-person villa (BE-8450-104) with three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom. There's parking space for two cars.
Both luxuriously and comfortably furnished villas feature a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There are two separate toilets, a washing machine and dryer, a TV in each bedroom and box-spring beds. Of course, there is also a garden with a furnished terrace and a few loungers.

We had a luxury villa, but it was very quiet. In a slaapkamer the gordijnen were buried. We had to leave the house for 3 people, so we didn't have to worry about it. Kookplaat was stuk slechts 2 van de 4 platen werkte. Er was geen enkel scherp mes om je groenten en vlees te schillen of in stukken ge hakken. Er waren op benedenverdieping geen enkele vuilbakken voorzien, zelfs niet in de keuken.
