Located in a quiet area of Saint-Brevin-les-Pins, this 40's seaside house offers a peaceful retreat thanks to its enclosed, unoverlooked garden. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.
Inside, you'll find a kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a shower room with shower and washing machine. The furnishings are simple but functional.
A special feature of this house is that the bedroom is separated from the dining room by a curtain, allowing a degree of privacy in the living areas.
Outside, the 300 m² sand-covered plot features a wooden chalet for storage, garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for soaking up the sun. A driveway is also available. Two bicycles are available for your use.
Optional services include linen, childcare equipment, end-of-stay cleaning and a WiFi box to keep you connected during your vacation.
