Come and enjoy the beach at Longeville sur mer, in this single-storey HOUSE located in the village of Le Bernard, 5 km from the large fine sand beach.
You'll be able to relax in the lovely living room with sofa and TV, opening onto the equipped terrace via a bay window. On the other side, a living area opens onto the well-equipped, built-in kitchen.On the night side, you'll find three bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and a small sleeping area for a cot, two other bedrooms each with 1 bed [hidden] a shower room with Italian shower, and an independent toilet.you can park your car on the property, and the garage can accommodate your bikes, boards or [hidden] a terrace at the back of the house to enjoy the outdoors.

Located in a small village 900 m from the entrance to Longeville-sur-Mer, around 6 km from Longeville's large fine sand beach, Le Rocher, close to the 650-hectare state-owned forest, numerous signposted hiking trails, 1 fitness trail with 30 stations and exercises, 1 "from land to sea" nature trail, equestrian circuit in the forest, cycling circuit on the coast, and above all its 6 km fine sand beach with lifeguard surveillance.You can go kit-surfing, surfing at Manusurf, paddleboarding at the French sailing school, and of course visit the Marais Poitevenin with its guinguette.You'll be 10 minutes away from the indian forest course, the acrobranch course and the O' water park[hidden] if you need to wander around for a day, don't forget to visit the puy du fou grand parcours, and its cinescé[hidden] sables d'olonne and its embankment are 15 km away, la rochelle 80 km, and children will be delighted to discover the chateau de la guignardière, the chateau de Talmont, the Zoo des Sables.
