Goertz & Partner offers you in Empuriabrava and its surroundings all the activities to spend a good family holiday. This apartment with sea views and facing South, is located in the "Gran Reserva" residential complex, with interior passages, plants and flowers, gardens and swimming pools surrounded by grass (entrance to the swimming pools sold by the community not included in the rent ). Upon entering the apartment on the right hand side you will find two bedrooms. One of them leads to a laundry room, and has a bunk bed and a sofa bed. The other bedroom has two 90cm beds and has a small balcony. In the corridor that leads to the dining room, you will find a complete bathroom with an Italian shower. Upon reaching the dining room, on the right hand side you will find an American kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker... From the dining room you have access to the third bedroom that has a 160cm bed and an exit to the terrace facing the sea . We also have another bathroom with shower. From the dining room you also have access to the terrace with particularly beautiful sea views.

Apartment not very clean. Wc sales brushes Wc more than dubious. Equipment not very functional. Oven does not work, fridge door does not close properly and water from the Clime flows, which has to empty the seal twice a day. We had to clean up before we opened The Suitcases. No French channel at all. No wine glasses but water glasses. No water pressure in the showers so it is difficult to rinse your hair. Beautiful sea view.
