Access by steps or ramp (strollers, suitcases on wheels) to private 24 m2 terrace overlooking the street, facing the mountains (Pic de Bergon). First floor: Fitted kitchen with wood-burning stove (microwave and oven, 4 gas hobs, 180-liter fridge with freezer, dishwasher).
Large living room, sitting area (TV) opening onto terrace. Bathroom (washing machine, shower, washbasin, toilet).
