Very nice 200 sqm chalet for 10/12 people located at 5 km from Chamonix town center in the area of Taconnaz, in les Houches.
Ground level : 1 bedroom dormitory with 2x2 bunk beds (2m), a double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms which can be joined together to make a double bed, one with its private shower room.
A bathroom. A shower room (italian shower). A separate toilet.
1st floor. Open kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave dishwasher, large oven, 5 hotplates gaz, cooker hood.
Living room / lounge / dining room, chimney. Access to a large terrasse with differents exposures.
A double ensuite bedroom with bath and toilets.
TV place on the mezzanin with steep stairs (flat screen TV, satellite, DVD player). Internet

Very nice view of the Mont Blanc.
No animals and no smoking in the chalet.
Access by car only with winter equipment. Car compulsory. Bus station at 400 metres.
