The apartment, located on the 3rd floor (equivalent to the 4th) of a secure residence with elevator, comprises an entrance hall with cupboard, a living room with sofa bed and TV, balcony with awning facing the sea, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, hood, hob), a bedroom with double bed (160) and TV, as well as an extra single bed, shower room and separate toilet. The apartment has basement parking. ATTENTION: narrow basement, not suitable for large cars!

LA BAULE
A seaside resort on the Côte d'Amour bordering the Atlantic Ocean, the Bay of Le Pouliguen - La Baule - Pornichet joined the Club of the World's Most Beautiful Bays in November 2011.
The town is famous for its magnificent beach, shopping avenues (Lajarrige and De Gaulle), grand hotels and casino.
The market is also very popular with locals and tourists alike.
LA BAULE is also :
- History: Saint-Aignan church. 1866: designed in neo-Gothic style by architect Benjamin Ricard, it was built on the site of the former church destroyed by fire in 1861. It contains, among other items, a small gallery organ which has been dismantled and some parts left in place. It was bombed during the Second World War, on June 17, 1940.
- Sports: La Baule's Barrière International Golf Club, with 3 courses ranging from 9 to 18 holes. La Baule international jumping, thalasso, Sporting club de Tennis, sailing school, fishing on foot and various water sports (jet ski, fly fish, paddle...).
- La Détente : The PORNICHET/LABAULE embankment is ideal for walking, jogging, cycling, rollerblading...
- Equestrian centers for pony and horse lovers.
