This traditional Brevin house is ideally located near the center and beach of Saint Brevin l'Océan. It features a bright living room opening onto a small, sunny south-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue to make the most of sunny days.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, and four comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have 140 cm double beds, a third has a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, while the fourth has a 90 cm single bed. You'll also find a shower room for your convenience.
During your stay, you can park your car in the garage and enjoy the vast 830 m² enclosed grounds. This offers a paved area around the house, ideal for al fresco dining, as well as a garden for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The house can accommodate up to 8 people, providing a comfortable space for the whole family or a group of friends.
